I need a web based photo album that can pull the pictures from a location, without having to be imported or added. So for example if there was a file called "Photos" then any photos that are placed in that folder would automatically show on the photo album.

Its going to be used on an intranet, and it will need to pick the photos up from a network location as the majority of the ones i have tried do not do this :(

Any ideas?
Thanks!!

1. Create a sub-folder gallery in www folder of Apache.
2. Download MiniGal from http://minigal.dk/ and put index.php this in gallery folder
3. Change GALLERY_ROOT parameter in index.php to a subfolder images. Like this
define("GALLERY_ROOT", "./gallery-images/");
4. Now you can either copy image folders to www\gallery\images\ or you can sync the images folders to this folder using something like Microsoft Sync Toy.
You can read details on setting up Microsoft SyncToy .

This would create a simple photo gallery.

You can view this gallery by visiting localhost/gallery/ on same computer. On other computers replace localhost with IP address.

Edit : If Microsoft Sync does not work on Windows Server 2008, then you can use FreeFileSync http://sourceforge.net/projects/freefilesync/
