Is this the error message?

BOOT DISK FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER.

If so, check all of your drives for disks, and if present, remove them. Reboot.

Can you tell us exactly what the error message is? And, is it on a black screen, a blue screen, or is it some sort of pop up type of window? At what point doing the start up does it occur? Any beeps or other noises coming from the computer?
