First post thanks all for help.

I need a really solid internet connection for work, it cost me money when it goes out. I have been in a area where the internet and power goes out semi frequently, what is the best way to have a secure back up internet. I notice many times when the power goes out the one thing still working is phone services, so i thought is there a way i can get back up 3g on my computer? what would i have to do to get that?

Based on the Spanish language web link you provided. I'm going to make an assumption you are dealing with Costa Rican mobile broadband requirements. If thats the case. take a look here: http://crwifi.com/

Alternatively you can Google 'Costa Rican mobile broadband providers'.
