Hi there my PC has been running slow as of late i have run Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and Spybot - Search & Destroy. The only thing that found anything was Spybot - Search & Destroy it found 4 spywares i removed them. I then ran ComboFix it seems to have done nothing but force me to restart my PC. I would love any help u can give me i'm pretty good with computers so nothing is off limits if u need to to do something.

There are many reasons for lags in system performance.

Slow Computer-browser Check Here First; It May Not Be Malware - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic87058.html

If you truly believe that you have a malware problem...you should follow the steps at Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html . Along with the requested logs, paste a copy of your ComboFix log into your initial post at the forum reflecting the Prep Guide.
