Hello to all!

I found this forum by chance, but as strange as this seems to be, I think this forum may just be my answer or should I say, Gringo, just maybe my answer. Let me back up and give a brief intro to who/what and why!

I am a stay at home mom who has been self-teaching herself web design, graphics and online marketing, I have truly found my niche and love what I do! However, several weeks ago, I found myself receiving the dreaded SCOUR redirect ... I have been researching for the past while on how to eradicate it from my Dell 7/64 to no avail!

So, that's when by luck, I found this forum! I am at the crossroads of frustration and insanity because of this problem and no road map that I have found or tried has lead me to a solution. I have read many of the threads and they all sound so similar to what I am going through that I felt that I needed to reach out and PM Gringo and ask/plead/beg for his help - I am hoping that he will be able to work his magic on my machine just as he has on so many others.

So here I am ...
