I get this error every time I start up the computer and I have no idea what it's from

I formatted and reinstalled Windows XP about 2 weeks ago and this started showing up only recently, but I don't know what I installed for this to come up

I do not have any toolbars or adwares installed and I am quite sure my system is virus free

How do I find out the source of this error and how do I fix it?

OS: Windows XP Version 2002 SP 3

Comp: Dell P4 HT
