I'm unable to connect to the gateway when using VPN SecuRemote software. I am managing to get past phase 1, but the following is the error message I am receiving:
Checking network connectivity...
Connecting to gateway...
User 5013546168016 authenticated by FireWall-1 authentication
Gateway not responding
I have allowed the following on the router:
TCP port 264 (outbound)
TCP and UDP port 500 (bi-directional)
UDP port 2746 (bi-directional)
However I am able to connect when I deselect the IKE over TCP connectivity enhancement, but have been told by the support people that need to have this checked to use the other software that I needed to get the VPN for.
Know that probably doesn't make much sense but if anyone has any ideas would be very grateful!!
