Hello i am getting this startup repair problem, it says start windows normally or startup repair ( recommended) I don't know im getting this, cause my laptop did like get a hard fall. So, I don't know if it's cause it got hit hard, or its a virus. please help. My laptop is a RV511 and I have the samsung recovery disk. Everytime I put that disk and do repair computer, the mouse just circles and does nothing. The screen is just blank grey or something, and nothing comes up to select language. Also, the first time i did startup repair it ran for like 7 hours than i just powered my laptop off. Please help.
