Hello all,
I have a Kyocera printer (Mita KM-3035 KX) that crashes both Windows 7 and XP in pretty much every application. The application (ex: MS Outlook) crashes and not Windows itself. I have about 7 users that cannot print to it while there are 2 that can print without issues. System Center updates the machines regularly, so they all should have their latest updates. I belive all Windows 7 installs are x64 and XP is patched to SP3.

On one of the Win 7 machines, I removed the device in Devices and Printers and went through Print Management in Admin tools to remove the driver. I reinstalled the driver and still no joy. I'm able to send a test print from the print server. One of the affected users was able to send a test print, but she couldn't send a normal print through Outlook.

I'm not sure what else I can do to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Jeff

Care to share how you resolved this?

We are having similar issues with our 3050i
