Hi, I have a Dell inspiron N5010 and it's been having to reset the network adapter to connect to the internet, not every time but probably 60% of the time it needs reset. A troubleshooter window pops up I click reset and sometimes it works and sometimes I have to shut the computer down and re boot. I'm not really sure where to start...

I have a wireless network with a Arris router typically my laptop is 20-30 ft away from the router.

Does it happen on both wired or wireless? Did it worked flawlessly before?
Download MiniToolBox and select all options.
A notepad will open then copy-paste the report on your next reply.
