I'm starting to think I got something. It started out with the wireless connection to my printer not working. so I hooked up the USB. that worked. then I lost the icon to open up the printer from the computer side, I use to be able to click on the icon and do various things with my printer from my computer, such as start a scan or adjust a print job, etc (kodak ESP office 2150) I then tried to re-install the disc that came with the printer. I got the following messages: Another version of setup is already running. only one version of this application can run at a single time. (code: 101-701) and Another .Net framework setup application is already in progress. you must complete that setup before you can continue. set up will now exit. (code:101-752). I then looked up the codes on the kodak website which suggested I uninstall previous versions of .Net Framework and try again, so I did, still same message. I then tried a system restore from a point before I got the printer. still same issue. I then rebooted my computer. I ended up having to shut it off with the switch because it couldn't install updates and wasn"t shutting down. when I got the computer back online I noticed loss of pictures and documents that still should have been there regardless of the system restore. now I can't install anything with out getting the message that another version of the same thing is in the process of installing and I must finish that installation before I can continue. I have already been to the microsoft website and tried to download verious things that were said to help but I can't install anything. Please help
