Hi. Sometimes I download some useless apps on my phone just to play around it until I get bored, then just uninstall it. But I am curious if some apps leave some files behind like how a program leave behind on a PC (personal computer). So is there any way to clean my phone up from any leftover files or folder? Thanks.

What type of SmartPhone and what OS do you have? You could use a file manager compatible with your OS to view files and discard unused folders. Cleaning the OS of a smartphone is rather overrated in my opinion.

Make sure you back up your phone and know what you're doing before deleting stuff.
