I just got this phone about a month ago and can't figure out what is going on with the bluetooth connection. Whenever I have tried to connect the bluetooth in my car (BCA BT200) the phone finds my bluetooth, but whenever I try to pair it the phone gives me an error that I have an incorrect pin or password. Problem is, it never prompted me to enter a pin or password. I have called sprint and kenwood and they both say they don't know to fix the problem. When I had my HTC Evo it paired easily, never prompting for a pin or passoword.

Lastly, when I opted for a system update 3 days ago, now my Blue Ant Q2 bluetooth will not work at all...it is paired, but won't switch over from the handset when I am trying to make a call. Please help!
