Mails are not reaching to destination address

Hi members,

I am facing issue with mail delivery

when I sent mail from MS outlook to external domain email ID it is not reaching to the destination.
BUT when I sent from webmail to external domain email Id it is reaching.

OS : - windows 7
MS office standard 2007

i reinstalled MS Office but still issue remain same.

your help will highly appreciate.

Hello -
Are you getting an error message from the Webmaster or just not getting mail delivered ??
Is this Internal mail or External mail ??
