I am setting up my new windows 7 computer. I have Kodak Easy Share software for my camera and have used it for years. It will not work on this computer. It says that the Microsoft XML parser is missing. How can I fix this???

I followed the video that was posted, but it didn't help with this problem.

Thank you for the answer in advance...

Is this a 64 bit system by chance? Have you tried the latest version of Easy Share?

If you can find the latest copy you might want to hang onto it. This is not very promising from Kodak themselves.

KODAK EASYSHARE Software is no longer available as a download. You can continue using EASYSHARE Software that is already installed on your computer. We regret any inconvenience to you.

At least not available from Kodak. Be cautious if and when downloading a version from unknown sites.
