I have a problem that's been plaguing me for a few weeks. I have 3 3tb disk drives and one of them keeps going offline. The only solution I have found is to disconnect the power, wait about 10 seconds and then re-connect it. What other solutions can there be? What could cause this problem? This happens 3-4 times a day.
