Hello everyone :)

I have had viruses on my pc before and I always managed to get them off. Now however I have a virus that takes over my screen when the pc has been started up.

It says it is the dutch police (I am dutch and live in the Netherlands) and I have to pay 100 euro's with Ukash to unblock my pc.

I can't do anything because it takes over when the pc is up and running. Al I can do then is Ctrl+Alt+Del to turn the pc off. I want to start it in safe mode but when i do that i get this screen (see attachment)

I don't know what to do with this, it seems other people get something else in safe mode.

Can anyone please help me?

Many many thanks in advance :)

Hi,

About your question, you press F8 to soon, this key is also used on your computer to open the BIOS boot menu, now you have to select option 2. IDE HDD and press Enter then start pressing F8 again to enter the Windows Boot menu.
