This is hard to explain but I'll give it my best shot. From time to time it appears emails are being sent from my computer (or email account) but there is nothing to in my sent folder. How I know when it happens is I start getting a BUNCH of bounced emails and a few replies from friends asking if I sent it. It's always some url, never the same. My antivirus is up-to-date and I run scans regularly. After this happens I run a virus scan (Norton), a spyware scan (SUPERAntiSpyware) and Malwarebytes and nothing is ever found. I also run CCleaner regularly. The bottom line is I don't think it's a virus. A few friends have told me my email has been hacked and that I should change my password but wouldn't the email be in my sent folder somewhere? (On the computer or webmail.) I'm at a loss at what I have got and how to get rid of it. Any information as to how to proceed will be appreciated.

Linda

PS Here's what one of the emails looks like (from reply from friend)
