Hi,everyone. I am new here, just someone like you.
My HP CQ40 has been accompanied me for four year. And two years ago my original Vista operating system brokedown and could't be recovered. Then I reset the OS as XP. Recently a problem comes .It keeps restarting each time I turn off my notebook. Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem?
BTW, if you can't answer me question, please answer the poll. It'll also help me.
Thanks so much.

Hello and welcome. You need to ask this question again in the XP forum as you will not get an answer here.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
