I have windows 7 and my internet was messing up and I found out that I have trojan.zeroaccess virus that I can not seem to get off my computer. I have tried to delete it and Norton says that it was found and deleted but it still has my operating control panel my computer and desk top hidden. Has anyone else had this issue or maybe can help me? It would be greatly appriciated.
