Hi

I'm currently taking steps to eradicate my viruses off this PC.

Norton came up with a bunch of failed to remove risks.

I did not log them tough, sorry.

Recently a password for a live funded account was hacked I'm suspicious of that.

I've spent the last two days running scans and fixes to try to clean up this PC - it seems riddled with spyware, malware, trojans and viruses.

I also have a problem with a program called "Podcast Pro Trial" which decides to try to install itself now and again even though I removed all the files and have done numerous uninstalls. When I try to remove it as a program, I get a registry key access permissions message and windows rolls back the changes.

Howver I am logged in as admin I'm pretty sure.

The other downside is my entire Windows XP Home is in CHINESE, so I can't read hardly a word. Therefore, a patient help is required for these challenges.

HIJACK THIS FILE will be posted after scan of Stinger complete by editing this post.

Thanks

Sam in the UK.

This is my logfile. Please not that my Windows OS is in Chinese mandarin, so steps are harder to take and I need detailed instructions. Thanks for your help.

Main problems are browsers windows opening regularly usually related to the search or page I am visiting. Commonly it's Errorsafe and Spanish Luck Casino.

I also have a semi uninstalled program called Podcast Server Pro which has an annoying habit of trying to install itself when I begin using other programs sometimes.

Other software is suffering in its performance - one I can't even use.

I believe this computer is RIDDLED with spyware/adware/malware/viruses.

Norton failed to remove some. The other programs have been executed and run successfully as they can.
