If i go to a website that has some kind of flash, it takes forever to load!! then finally loads and all good!!
What do you think is causing it, i had the newest version!, then completely uninstalled and then put 10.3 version no matter what i do the samething happens, any suggestions so frustrating!!!

What web browser are you using it on, also what are your computer specs? Has this started happening recently or has this been a long term issue?

She said it happen about 6 months ago or more, it is happening on chrome and ie9, laptop is about 8 months old.
