I have had multiple issues with this box from day one, but i was positive i could fix this.

After installing Win7Ult SP X64 from my MSDN account I have had numerous BSOD's that come from mainly ntoskrnl.exe

Steps i have taken to resolve:
  • MEMtest 86 and 64 for 50 passes
  • Re-seat every card in the machine.
  • set the BIOS to safe defaults (this caused the computers boot manager lose it mind)
  • turned off the page file totally (at the time I had 16 gigs of ram and did not need a page file anyway)
  • Re-installed the OS clean on a clean drive
  • Tried installing 2008R2 both core and full install. (Datacenter and enterprise)
  • slamming my head on the keyboard as hard as I humanly can.(this did NOT resolve the issue for the record but wow what a headache)
  • uninstalled the Nvidia drivers and allowed windows to manage the video (helped on another machine i worked on last year)

I have recent logs going back months, seems to happen almost every day no regularity.

BELOW please find all logs that are current from this install of the OS.

I have read other posts that always ask so here is the info.

Hey, thanks for your fast reply, i knew i missed something lol.
I have also installed the MSI live update and went through the entire process of that miserable mess LOL. I then downloaded the manufactures drivers for all available areas.
LAN
NB
SB
USB
Audio
Still got the bluescreens so I tried a BIOS firmware flash.
Nothing has helped so here I am! :)
I have so far never been stumped by a bluescreen and was able to resolve it eventually.

was thinking that would happen ,im thinking it would be best because of installing all the Microsoft /vendor drivers to do a fresh install of windows and then install the correct drivers ,in the suggested order

UPDATE:
Re-installed windows and instead of using my WIM I just copied the files over with Windows Easy Transfer. (First time for everything).

Then it happened.
BLUE ScReeN again
So I sort of lost it. I took every single item out of the computer except a stick of ram, the video card and a hard disk. All other sticks, drives, fans, lights, bells and whistles were removed.
Restarted and whamo blue screen. So I changed the SATA cable to my OS drive. WHAMO blue screen.
Removed the drive. inserted another drive I had laying around and re-installed the OS from a WIM on that drive.. WHAM blue screen.
Formatted the drive, re-installed fresh 64 7 ult. no WIM... everything is great now.. No BSOD since.
After smashing my head on the keyboard a few more times in thanks to the ID10T gods, I decided to look closer at the actual drive.
SATA interface was cracked. Letting the SATA cable vibrate with all the fans running is my best guess.
All said and done, everything is back in the PC, 6 HDD that are all SATA, 2 DVD Drives, 16GB of ram and my trusty old dual core 3.10 haha.
Left out the OS drive but thought man I got to know. Plugged it in and WHAM blue screen. Nothing since I unplugged it.

"You know what the farmer said wheen the cow died..... "that's never happened before""
Cracked SATA interface/connection:
That's never happened to me before!

Good one: That's rather conclusive. Thank you for letting us know about your findings.
