I have Microsoft Word 98 installed on my i Mac OS 9.2. However when I try to open it I window appears saying 'Unexpected Critical Error Can't Start Programme'
Can anyone explain what it is all about?

I don't know anyone with a Mac to try it. The Programme Word 98 is within the Office 98 folder, which I had to install to enable the spell checker in Outlook Express. This is now enabled so I don't think the file is corrupt or the said spell checker wouldn't work.

See if this will help:

Perhaps it may come down to a Removal (Removal Tool) & Reinstall.
