Holla.
Recently after Windows Update, I observed a strange problem in my PC.
First- IE 9 was not working
Second-Each folder opens in a new window even though the folder settings is to open each folder in its same window.
This is annoying,However I am a Firefox user(I don't care about IE) But the problem with Folder option sucks.
After a small futile effort to fix the problem. I came here for help.
Also a error message pops while saving file from notepad,Office ,mspaint etc..Posted Image

Saw this article from Microsoft answers but got nothing useful Microsoft
After executing that code from the article got this error..Posted Image
Any help will be appreciable.

PS:My OS is Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit
