Uninstalling programs

Each time I uninstall a program, after it completes and I try to uninstall another, I get the following message: "Please Wait Until The Current Program is Finished Uninstalling or Being Changed". Why?

how are you uninstalling the program. i use cccleaner to uninstall and have never had a problem.

This can happen if we do not notice this window.Most of the softwares requires us to close their windows after uninstallation.

Every installation adds an icon to the desktop when completed. Why are they not deleted when uninstalled?

After removing a program reboot to complete the removal whether is ask for a reboot or not.

usually the cause of this is a poorly written uninstaller by the programs creator

My answers are my opinion only,usually
