My Skype stopped responding to user actions - it launches but Skype menu items are not reacting to mouse clicks etc, and also Skype menu at the bottom of the window during conversation, when you can click to hung up the call (red button) or call a contact (green button), disappeared, so I am unable to hung up. It gives me Microsoft Visual Studio Debugger Error - JIT debug runtime error.

Any advice would be appreciated.

P.S. I have also attached print screens of the error I am getting.

Try this

Launch internet explorer

Tools-Internet options

Click on Advanced tab

Under Browsing, uncheck Disable script debugging(internet explorer) & Disable script debugging(other)

Click ok

See if that helps
