I finally noticed that my live login url address is extemely long and after searching on the internet for some time have found some references to a similar problem - I am not sure if this is a phishing scam/spyware. I have used computers for several years but don't know much of how it all works and how to recognize malware, etc. The url address that concerns me is as follows:
login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=11&ct=1333739717&rver=6.1.6206.0&wp=MBI&wreply=http:%2F%2Fmail.live.com%2Fdefault.aspx%3Frru%3Dinbox&lc=1033&id=64855&mkt=en-us&cbcxt=mai&snsc=1

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, Norton 360 v.6, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and CCleaner v.3.21.1767 (64 bit)

I tried to find out what "dinbox" would mean in a url address but can't find it related to any computer or url terminology. I'm concerned that this could be some sort of spyware application.

My live login happens to be: https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=11&ct=1346024996&rver=6.1.6206.0&wp=MBI&wreply=http:%2F%2Fmail.live.com%2Fdefault.aspx&lc=1033&id=64855&mkt=en-us&cbcxt=mai&snsc=1

I'm not an expert but I'm going to use some deductive reasoning and assume that since this is a live account login. The 3Dinbox refers to opening up your live account to your email inbox. If it doesn't open your inbox there would be an icon for your email inbox. Again this is an assumption on my part.

I know I do not have malware on my computer and I just tested the login url on 3 computers and they all have that component. I don't think you have anything to worry about with the login URL.

The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.

Thanks for your reply. Even if I could find my "PC for Dummies" book I doubt I would have found the answer in it. (Obviously I'm not a "natural" at this).
