Help me;( laptop crashes and hang

I am new and amature about how to remove it manually i try many antiviruses to remover trojan horse patched_c.lxt services. exe in system32 folder, i try to remove it from my AVG internet security but it didnt work and i also try PC TOOL SPYWARE DOCTOR WITH ANTIVIRUS 2012 it can detect the trojan and also removes but after removing when i restart my system it crashes and open in REPAIR MODE and it RESTORE my system and PC TOOL SPYWARE DOCTOR WITH ANTIVIRUS 2012 has been removed from my system and there is no antivirus left installed after it.
I have also 1 more problem is that i also download NORTON 360 V6 befre downloading AVG and after some days i uninstall it and stall AVG now when i install PC TOOL SPYWARE DOCTOR WITH ANTIVIRUS 2012 it show me massege that your REAL TIME protection is already found NORTON 360 there and when i find it on my system at at ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS there is no NORTON present there. SO i request you to please please help me on this... ;(
I am using WINDOWS 7 Home Premium and having same issue like this:

I know you're frustrated but please do not use CAPS when you type something



Launch it.Click on change parameters-Select TDLFS file system

Click on "Scan".Please post the LOG report(log file should be in your C drive)

Do not change the default options on scan results



Launch it, allow it to download latest Avast! virus definitions
Click the "Scan" button to start scan.After scan finishes,click on Save log

Post the log results here


ESET online scanner

Install it

Click on START,it should download the virus definitions
When scan gets completed,click on LIST of found threats

Export the list to desktop,copy the contents of the text file in your reply
