How to restore WIndoes Vista Home Premium To Factory Settings

i want to restore my computer to its factory setting i have the cd but its scratched and i tried multiple times to clean it anyway i can restore it without the Cd Here my Info:
Windows Vista Home Premium
Service Pack 2
Intel Core Duo CPU
Memory Ram 3.00 GB
System Type 32 Bit Operating System


can Someone help me please i need help

the operating system

is this a factory image or did you install an OEM version?

You might wanna try transferring the Vista disc to another blank DVD disc by burning the ISO files. What is the current issue you have with your currently installed OS?
