Hey guys,

I've recently had a problem with my flash player not playing certain Youtube videos. It plays some, but on others, it's just a black screen--no loading or progress bar.

Here are the steps I've taken so far:

1. Updated Adobe Flash
2. Cleared cache
3. Cleared cookies
4. Uninstalled older versions of Flash

Weird thing is, it works on Chrome, but not Firefox. I've checked the Flash Plugin on Firefox--says it's up to date. I don't know what could be causing the problem.

Have you tried updating or re-installing Firefox?
