I've recently had problems with Google and I may have done something to mess up my system. I'm not really sure. I'm using Vista Service Pack 2. Firefox and Google Chrome won't open so I have to use Internet Explorer to type this. System restore doesn't fix the problem; I might have made it worse by doing the restore? Again I don't know.

I clicked on the Google Chrome and I get this error message: "Unable to find locale data files. Please reinstall." The top of the box says it's a missing file error. I tried to uninstall Google Chrome and then reinstall it, but I can't find the file on my computer and when I download it off of Google's website, it says it's unable to download.
