Hello, and thanks in advance for helping me with my problem, if possible.

So, I've been getting BSOD 4-5 times per day, sometimes even more. It seems to be happening when running specific programs, and sometimes even when I'm just browsing the internet normally. It seems to be getting different STOP errors respective of what I'm doing. It's starting to get pretty annoying.

One of the BSODs I will get is when I'm running a game called, "League of Legends". I've reinstalled the program, but the error persists. The BSOD I get while running this is a, "memory_management" error.

When I'm simply browsing the internet, the error I usually tend to encounter is a different one, that goes by the name of, "a driver has corrupted the memory management" or something similar along those lines.

I have plenty of minidump, or .dmp, files to post, but I'm not sure how to post them, nor do I have the software to read them apparently, as when I open them I get an access denied error.

Really need help with this, it's really starting to get on my nerves as I can't game how I would like to nor can I browse the internet without encountering problems, and it happens several times per day.

Thanks again,

Marionettis.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

It's a pretty massive file. Here it is, though.

Okay, those errors are all over the place. Likely causes: malware, bad motherboard, bad ram, other piece of bad hardware.

Let's check the ram first:

To check the ram, download memtest (http://memtest.org/). Burn it to a cd using a dedicated .iso burning utility (http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm), make sure the cd drive is at the top of the boot order in bios, then boot to the newly created cd and run the utility.

Edit: Also, for the sake of brevity, please edit your post above and delete all of the error reports after the first 10 or 12. Thanks.

Is this going to take a lot of time, as in, should I run it for hours? Or should I run it for 30 minutes?

Edit: I've ran Memtest in the past, and when I did, it fixed my problems for a couple weeks, for some reason. Is there anywhere I can find the results of that test?

Memtest doesn't fix anything - it just tells you if your ram is good. Ideally you should run it for 24 hours - but at a minimum let it complete 3 or 4 passes.

I'm running Memtest, but how do I get the results after it's done running? I was never sure.

They will be on the screen. If it shows ANY errors then the ram is bad. Otherwise it will show all tests were passed.

Okay, so I took some pictures just to be sure that I wouldn't forget... I guess this is a failing RAM test, but to be sure, I'll post it here so I can take further action:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tst...Pass...Failing Address..............Good..........Bad..........Err-Bits......Count..Chan
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
..1.....0...00006205b10.-.....98.5MB.....06285b10......0620b10......00080000..........1.......

If that's not understandable, here are the values:

Tst: 1
Pass: 0
Failing Address: 00006205b10 - 98.5MB
Good: 06285b10
Bad: 0620b10
Err-Bits: 00080000
Count: 1
Chan: Seems to be blank.

Other than that, it says it has completed 16 passes and has 5 errors. That looks like the only error that comes up with red highlighting, though.

Looking forward to your help with this. :)

Edit: used periods instead of spaces as I am not allowed to put multiple successive spaces.

One error is too many. You need to replace the ram.

Hi -
Agree with Allan that some RAM is bad, from the results. How many sticks do you have installed ??

You can remove all but 1 stick and test each one individually to see if only 1 stick is faulty, and match it with a same make (works best in matched pairs).
If you do not want to spend the time doing this, just replace whatever exists in your system to be sure :)

Regards -

So, I will have to replace the RAM. After running memtest, I didn't get BSOD in 2 days, but I just got it again, so I'll go out and buy some when I can.

Thanks for the help. :)
