Have you installed any software recently sharpie? Seems you might be a victim of foistware.

Foistware is software that is bundled along with other software that has no relation what so ever to the program that the user is installing. The foistware itself may be a legit program, though the manner in which it is installed makes it Foistware.

Babylon is software that will install a Toolbar, Change your homepage and search engine. It's very aggressive and I found it difficult to remove.

Look in your Programs and Features. Is anything Babylon listed there?

I have found that Spybot Search&Destroy can remove this minor item. Download / Install / Update and Check for Errors -
First if you can remove Babylon from Add / Remove or Programs and Features.

As DonnaB said, it is just a type of adaware / foistware that sticks to downloaded programs, and is a real pest.

Also install / update and give SuperAntiSpyware Free a full scan.

Regards -
