Gmail bug

Hi people new member Churcher here. I need help with an attached message on all my sent emails.
It says "How are you..." and goes on to advertise about Apple phones. It attached itself to my
address book and repeatedly sends out this messsage each time I email.....A real bug to me and my friends.
I have triued AVG virus checker and Ad Aware spyware but it is still there.I am in China and my local technician
tried a 'sure to work' chinese virus checked but the bug is still there?
Any advice would be welcome

How are you accessing your gmail account? using Webmail https://gmail.com or some e-mail client like Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.?
