Hi,
I've noticed that the hidden files on my computer suddenly became visible and I can't put them as hidden again. (I've tried the "Don't show hidden files, folders, or drives option.)

Hello,

Try this:

Click Start (Orb) -> Control Panel -> (view by Large Icons) -> Folder Options -> View tab.

Under Hidden Files and Folders, make sure the following are checked:
  • Don't show hidden files, folders, or drives
  • Hide extensions for know file types
  • Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
Click Apply, and then OK.

Regards,
Brooks

I tried that and it it still seems to show the hidden files ( I noticed because the desktop.ini and phototumb are still visible).
