Little back story before the question,
I work at a computer repair shop and every now and then we have a customer who has a very very slow PC, like 10 minutes till fully booted, HDD test show NO errors but the test takes forever. Obviously the hard drive is slowly dying and forwhatever reason spinning slower.

What im looking for is a list or a calculation even to compare HDD benchmarks, to show the customer its failing rather than saying "Well it passed all the tests! but you still need a new hdd"
