No internet connection after several Trojans

Help Please!!
Hello I had seveal Trojans and after cleaning up all of them I can not access the internet.In device manager the Netbios over Tcpip will not start.I ran the Farbar scan and it shows Netbt.sys drivers infected.Really would appreciate any help to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance,Johnny

Copy this tool to infected PC


Launch it.Click on change parameters-Select TDLFS file system

Click on "Scan".Please post the LOG report(log file should be in your C drive)

Do not change the default options on scan results

Restart the PC and post the new FSS log
