hello for the last 2 wks my antivirus keeps detecting these:
Threat: Mal_Xin12
Source: Malware
Affected Files: C:\Windows\Installer\{b8763eda-b593-98bb-0c76-c0ad59b97940}\@

Threat: TROJ_SIREFEF.RB
Source: Threat
Affected Files: C:\Windows\Installer\{b8763eda-b593-98bb-0c7\n

Threat: PTCH64_ZACCESS.A
Source: Threat
Affected Files: C:\Windows\system32\services.exe
My antivirus {trend micro titanium} tells me that it was deleted them every few minutes it keeps showing up.I've tried system restore,antispyware removal.,combofix {log post it}and my antivirus software.don;t know what else to do PLEASE HELP. :mellow:

Download

TDSSkiller

Launch it.Click on change parameters-Select TDLFS file system

Click on "Scan".Please post the LOG report(log file should be in your C drive)

Do not change the default options on scan results

Download

aswMBR

Launch it, allow it to download latest Avast! virus definitions
Click the "Scan" button to start scan.After scan finishes,click on Save log

Post the log results here

Download

ESET online scanner

Install it

Click on START,it should download the virus definitions
When scan gets completed,click on LIST of found threats

Export the list to desktop,copy the contents of the text file in your reply

thanks I did it but for some reasons cant get the log files,Should i uninstall trend micro? it keeps detecting the virus and trjan and it keeps requesting to restart the pc
