We have a new (2 week old) PC, which we installed and connected to our server.

However, we had issues connecting to our printer and believed that we had Printer driver missing. Whilst downloading these drivers we believe that we may have inadvertantly picked up a virus.

We have downloaded and run the latest updated version of Malwarebytes Anti Malware, but this has not identified any virus.

We are at a loss regarding our next step......

Your assisitance will be welcomed.

Regards

Alan Horder
