I've compiled a list of free, verified, and tested online spyware / malware / virus scanners.

Hey Nist, very nice list and a great site by the looks of things. One thing you might want to add to the list is http://virusscan.jotti.org/ - similar to virus total but is most certainly a reputable site.
Good luck,
David

You will find that all of them require you to use Internet Explorer

Actually Housecall Scan for Firefox is availale here:
http://uk.trendmicro-europe.com/consumer/h...call_launch.php

And I would include Kaspersky Webscan in your list:
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Although Kaspersky does not clean, I have found it to identify malware that some of the other online scanners do not.

Actually Housecall Scan for Firefox is availale here

I had tried to test the Europe version of Housecall for this review but wasn't able to get it to work. I've tried Firefox 1.07 and 1.5.0.1. It first comes up with a Java error and then just never completes downloading the applet.

I've added Kaspersky Webscan and the Jotti file scanner. Thank you quietman7 and D-Trojanator. I also added the AV-Comparatives site. They do a good job of testing anti-virus applications.
