Do you have a zip drive or flash drive inserted when the error appears? How many optical drives are installed?

Generally speaking (but not always) this error is because of a faulty line in a file/program that looks for a disk in the drive before it will start.

Without more specific information this is very, very difficult to diagnose. Is there anything else about the error or it's window that you can tell us?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
