I am building an ASUS P9X79 Pro. I want to know which air cooler to use: Prolimatech Armageddon, NZXT Havik 140 or something else. Also, will these coolers have enough clearance for memory with heat spreaders?

Thanks!

Your thread was just moved to the more appropriate forum, give it time.

That said, it all depends on your motherboard and the RAM you choose for clearance. I would get a RAM kit that low heat spreaders just in case. As for coolers, I usually get a 120 mm fan for best results and to keep noise down, make sure your case can handle it. I use a Xigmatek cooler to great results.

If you have low heat spreaders, you can look at the Noctua NH-D14.
