Photoshop CS5 x64 stopped working

HI,

I have Photoshop Cs5 x32 and x64 installed, but x64 has stopped working, while x32 runs fine.

I actually only use x64, so I have a problem - can you please help.

I have many "actions" and "presets" installed, so re-installing the program would be a last resort.This is the message I get:
