When we surf the internet using any web browser we get intermittent pop-up ads, we close them to resolve. This issue only started a few weeks ago. The web browsers, Firefox and Chrome, are at the latest versions. The browsers have pop-up blocking enabled. We have tried many spyware/adware removal tools with no luck. Please let me know what else you need. Running out of ideas on this one...wife is frustrated. I'd hate to have to perform a restore to get this fixed. Thanks for the help.
