ok soooo here's the issues at hand: I had mp3 rocket and it was working wonderful then i started to get an error message from what i assume in the box said "Shasta" then it said "an invalid argument was encountered". so now when i try to open mp3 rocket it goes to 20% stops and sends the problem to them. I contacted them and did all that was told to me and it didn't work. They said well I guess your that 1% that this happens. I mean really?! The other issue is that MY COMPUTER has slowed down and every time I try everything I know to empty the history or anything else it just doesn't seem to do much. I don't know. This thing isn't even a year old yet. I have a 2000-35our notebook pc from HP. I believe that it has windows 7. If anyone can help me I would so appreciate it. Another thing is I have defragmented and cleared but still no better. This shouldn't be happening and I really could use some help from people that actually care. Because the companies do not! thank you so much!
