Not Even Safe Mode

I have a laptop that is a Gateway HDMI quad core with Windows 7 installed... it will not boot up even to "safe mode"... any suggestions please?

insert a win7 dvd and run the repair or the repair option ,or win7 repair should be found in f10 boot option screen .good luck
