Hello,
I have read over the introduction package and have tried without success to run DDS and GMER to attach to this posting.
As many others have experienced, I am unable to run the programs due to the limited time before my pc restarts automatically. This also happens in all safe modes.
I don't even have enough time to back up my documents.
Could someone assist me in resolving this matter? Or is my best bet to go out and by a Anti Virus program and have it in the CD Rom when booting up my pc?
Thank you!

that looks better, we just need to check for any leftovers, please run the following:

  • Please open your MalwareBytes AntiMalware Program
  • Click the Update Tab and search for updates
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <-- very important
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note:If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

most of those detections are in quarantine already, the other files are in java caxhe or temporary internet files

please run TFC to clear those items

Download TFC to your desktop
  • Close any open windows.
  • Double click the TFC icon to run the program
  • TFC will close all open programs itself in order to run,
  • Click the Start button to begin the process.
  • Allow TFC to run uninterrupted.
  • The program should not take long to finish it's job
  • Once its finished it should automatically reboot your machine,
  • if it doesn't, manually reboot to ensure a complete clean

Hello,
Many thanks for your continued help.
The desktop seems to be running well. It is no longer shutting down after 60 seconds and the speed seems to have improved.
I will try to run the disk defragmenter to see if that also helps.
I just loaded the Log File with the report as reqested.
Thanks again

your BITS registry key is missing, please download the attached reg fix and extract it to your desktop, double click it to run it and allow it to merge into your registry, (then delete the file as you wont need it again)

NEXT

Please download Windows Repair (all in one) from here

Install the program then run it

Go to step 2 and allow it to run Disk check

Posted Image

Once that is done then go to step 3 and allow it to run SFC

Posted Image

On the the Start Repairs tab => Click the Start

Posted Image

Click on the select all check box and then click on Start

DON'T use the computer while each scan is in progress.
