I'm using a PC with Windows 7. I have a Canon iP4500 which currently prints colours OK, but when I try to print black text all I get is sparse faint black smudges. I've tried cleaning and deep cleaning numerous times as well as print head alignment, bottom plate cleaning and roller cleaning, but none of these have helped. Both black cartridges are almost full. (They worked fine when I installed them recently.)

Could someone please suggest what I can do to get my printer printing black again?
