will this power supply work with my motherboard?

I'm new to power supplies, It will mostly fit but I dont want to waste money buying something and returning it. To make a long story short, my current power supply died and I'm buying a new one,

my current dead power supply is this one x_X

Generally...as long as the form factor is the same...moving to a newer, more robust PSU is no problem.

They are both ATX form factor (I tend to buy Ultra PSUs), so there is no problem that I can see.
